Determine which bumpers to use:

Your case includes 3 different sets of bumpers. The standard bumpers (installed) will work with most laptops. The large laptop bumpers should be used only if the standard bumpers to not allow the laptop to fit securely inside the case. The L-shaped bumpers (shown) can be used for additional support or in place of the corner bumpers. These L-shaped bumpers are useful if the standard bumper obstructs access to any connectivity point on the laptop.

Removing Bumpers from the case:

To remove the bumpers, grasp inner velcro tab on opposite side of bumper, and lift upward.

Removing the bumpers this way will provide the greatest longevity to the life of your bumpers over time.

Instructions for Use

Step 1:

Open the case by grasping latch in top finger opening and pull forward and down. Latch will spring open automatically.

Step 2:

Remove all loose contents from the case (leave standard bumpers install). Snap shoulder strap onto mounts in lid and open main hold-down strap.

Step 3:

Open th case and place laptop into standard bumpers. Move bumpers until they are a tight fit to your laptop. This may take a few times to get exactly right. Press the bumpers firmly onto the liner.

Step 4:

If laptop is too big to fit comfortably into the standard bumpers, replace standard bumpers with large laptop bumpers.

Step 5:

Pull hold-down strap tight onto the top of the laptop. Strap must be tight to keep laptop from moving inside the case.

Step 6:

Push on bottom of the latch until it contacts the case then push upwards until you hear it snap shut.
