soon will I receive my watertight case?
Your merchandise will be shipped on the next business day if the product
is in inventory. Delivery methods include US Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Two Day service. We provide you a tracking number by email. The customer is liable for any shipment changes once the product has been sent.

What is the difference between the OBO and OB series designation?
OBO series cases, e.g., OBO-9000-05, are the original OtterBox design. The OB series cases, e.g., OB-9000-05, are the NEW OtterBox watertight cases featuring
redesigned latches, lanyard holder, and logo. The NEW Series 8000 and 9000 waterproof cases have a latch that is on the side and redesigned belt clip.
All new clear cases now have a "frosty" lid and bottom.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to addresses using the two-letter "state" codes of AA, AE, and AP. We will ship using the US Mail rates listed above.
What does your guarantee cover?
Our products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty, which
is a one (1) year limited warranty. We make no additional warranties, guarantees or
representations other than those made by the manufacturer, Otter Products, L.L.C.
In the event of a problem with the case, please contact us.
Otterbox Products LLC states,
"OtterBox products come with a ONE (1) YEAR Limited Warranty from the date of the retail
purchase by the original end-user. If a material or workmanship defect arises and a valid
claim is received within the Warranty Period, OtterBox will replace the case only.
OtterBox cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse or improper
care and maintenance of case and o-ring seals. OtterBox warranty does not, under any
circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property
inside or outside of the case."
What is your return policy?
Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within
30 days of order date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt
of defective merchandise via ground shipment at Watertight Storage
Case Company's expense. Watertight Storage Case Company will provide
a return shipping address and a return authorization (RA) number.
RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and must
be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Packages must have the
RA number written visibly on the shipping box with a brief description
of the product defect inside. Returns will be handled according
to the following schedule:

How secure is the site for credit
card orders? If the buyer's browser supports the Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) protocol (currently Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer,
AOL, and many other browsers do), then credit card and check information
entered on our Order Form is encrypted before it is sent over the
Internet. When received, the information is decrypted, allowing
it to pass over the Internet, safe from prying eyes and potential
thieves.

How can I order without providing
credit card information? Add the desired products to your shopping
cart. After you are finished shopping, select the method of payment.
You will then be able to print a receipt summarizing your order
so you can FAX or mail it in with your payment. Orders will not
be processed until payment is received and checks have cleared.
Do you accept Paypal payments?
Yes, we do accept Paypal payments. This method is not an automated procedure
on our web site. Select the "pay by check" option during
the shopping cart checkout procedure. Using your own Paypal account please make
payment to our account, paypal@eselling4u.com, and reference the invoice
number or the item(s) selected. We will be notified by email of your invoice
and paypal payment. This is alternative payment method.
What should I do if my PDA gets
dropped into a liquid?
The greatest concern
is between your battery's currents and the liquids.
Remove the batteries immediately.
Unscrew the four screws and open up the case.
Disconnect the screen cable by pressing the tabs and pull out the
connector.
Wipe the screen with a damp cloth.
Rinse the rest of the case and circuitry with distilled water.
Leave all the components to dry thoroughly.
Reassemble your dried component.
Turn on your device and check if it works.

How do I keep my OtterBox clean?
We suggest using a Q-tip to swab the seal free from dust and dirt that might
cause the OtterBox to lose it's effectiveness.
Why won't my Otter Box Open?
Because OtterBoxes are airtight, significant changes in altitude or temperature can create a
vacuum and cause the OtterBox to suck shut. To remedy this, insert a coin (on the smaller boxes) in the slot, next
to the latch, on the front of the box. Twist the coin to equalize the pressure within the case. On the Otter Cases
(the larger OtterBoxes) there is a purge knob on the front of the case that can be opened to equalize the pressure.
Remember to retighten this knob when finished so that the case remains watertight.
My OtterBox seems to be leaking, what could be the reason?
OtterBoxes have been tested to 100 feet and should not leak if cared for and used properly.
First, make sure that your seal is completely clean. Use a Q-tip to remove any dirt or debris from the seal surface.
Second, make certain that the objects you are placing in the case are not too big for the box and therefore pushing
the box lid open which would compromise the sealing qualities of the box. If problem persists,
contact customerservice@otterbox.com for further diagnosis.
To what depth are the PDA cases waterproof?
Although we don't recommend diving with the PDA case, they are waterproof to
3 feet (1 meter) of depth. But they float, so you should not have a problem if your PDA case goes
overboard before you have a chance to pick it up.
Are OtterBox PDA cases intrinsically safe?
Yes, the case itself is intrisically safe. However, whether the case and the electronic
device you are using are intrisically safe together have not been tested due to the wide variety of devices available.
What are the holes in the latches of my 1900 and 3600 cases for?
These holes are a tamper proof feature of the case. The case can be locked by installing screws
into the openings. The type of screw to be used is a 3.0mm x 6.0mm long Socket Head Cap Screw (SCHS) which uses
a 2.5mm hex wrench. Tamper-proof fasteners can be ordered from www.brycefastener.com or other suppliers.
What screws do I need to lock my 1900 or 3600 case shut?
