2. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to addresses using the two-letter "state" codes of AA, AE, and AP. We will ship using the US Priority Mail rates listed above.
3. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship overseas. However, our website shipping rates are only for shipments within the US. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your location.
4. How soon will I receive my watertight case?
Your merchandise will be shipped on the next business day if the product is in inventory. Delivery methods include US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Two Day and Overnight service. We provide you a tracking number by email for UPS and FedEx shipments. US Priority Mail shipments are normally delivered in 2 - 3 business days but delivery times are not guaranteed.
The customer is liable for any charges incurred due to shipment changes once the product has been sent. (e.g., address change).
5. Are your shipments insured?
Insurance of $100 is included with UPS and FedEx shipments. US Priority Mail shipments do not include any insurance. Please contact us if you would like additional insurance.
6. Is a signature required when your orders are delivered?
No. Contact us if you want to ensure that a person signs for the delivered package. Charges for this service vary based on Package Carrier selected.
7. How does your FREE Shipping offer work?
If your order qualifies for the current FREE Shipping offer, select FREE shipping from the drop-down shipping option menu and no shipping cost will be added to your order total. We will use whichever ship method is the most economical for us. Do not select the FREE shipping offer if you want your order shipped by a particular shipping method or if you need the package to arrive in a guaranteed amount of time. We do not automatically apply the FREE Shipping offer as some people do want to specify how the package is to be shipped.
The customer must give us an address(es) to which the order can be shipped by either the US Postal System or UPS or FedEx. If you only have a PO Box you must select US Priority Mail and will not be able to use the FREE Shipping offer.
NOTE: If you return an item (for a reason other than a defect) and by returning this item your order total no longer qualifies for the FREE Shipping offer, then the actual cost to ship that item will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
