Note 1: FedEx express shipping rates are for orders weighing 10 lbs. or less.
If your order is more than 10 lbs. you will be notified what the shipping charge will be before the order is shipped

2. How will my items be shipped if I select the "Flat Rate" option?

Your items will be shipped by either US Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground (whichever is most economical for us).

3. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to addresses using the two-letter "state" codes of AA, AE, and AP.   We will ship using the US Priority Mail rates listed above.

4. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas.  However, our website shipping rates are only for shipments within the US.  Please contact us for a shipping quote to your location. 

5. How soon will I receive my watertight case?

Your merchandise will be shipped on the next business day if the product is in inventory. Delivery methods include US Priority Mail, Ground (either FedEx or UPS), FedEx Two Day and FedEx Overnight service.  We provide you a tracking number by email for all shipments.  US Priority Mail shipments are normally delivered in 2 - 4 business days but delivery times are not guaranteed. 

The customer is liable for any charges incurred due to shipment changes once the product has been sent.  (e.g., address change).

6.  Are your shipments insured?

Insurance of $100 is included with UPS and FedEx shipments.  US Priority Mail shipments include $50 of insurance.  Please contact us if you would like additional insurance.

7. Is a signature required when your orders are delivered?

No.  Contact us if you want to ensure that a person signs for the delivered package.  Charges for this service vary based on Package Carrier selected.
